Leaving my accounting job to pursue my passion in baking requires a big courage. I’ve been baking for cakes, cookies, moon cakes, bread, etc. for more than 5 years. Since young, I am always passionate about cooking. I swear by real techniques rather than incorporating commercial chemical ingredients.
I’m a self-learnt baker and spend lots of time reading cooking blogs. This is where I acquired the techniques and of course going through lots of trial and error. I love to share my food creations with people and appreciate those who really understand the hard work that we spent on it. I love to use natural ingredients to create a healthier food. I’m constantly learning and wish to create many beautiful and healthier pastries. I take custom orders for individual parties as well as corporate functions.
